Crime fantasies and urges can have great storylines and really dumb beliefs.

Try not to get carried away with a crime urge. For instance, if a situation in your crime fantasy includes a tiled floor, and by chance a similar tiled floor appears in the real world, then by looking for the next stage of your crime fantasy (say a time of day) you can jump, be tripped or pushed into an offending mode. In short, you are blurring fantasy and reality.

However, because reality often drastically improvises and edit any inner fantasy’s ongoing storyline and outcome, it’s best not to get too carried away, or indeed carry one too far. - For there are other dragons to ride and other worlds to ride to, where there will be other things to see and other challenges too!

Exercises: Change your beliefs about the crime (and indeed yourself) by changing the fantasy storyline into a challenging but law abiding one.
